    Hello,
I passed the FSOA in February. I was not able to complete my medical clearance paperwork before everything shut down due to COVID 19. I wrote to the med clearances folks and BEX on March 19 to request an extension. MED wrote back and said to contact HR, but I was not given any contact information for HR, only the BEX email for questions. BEX never responded. I am scrambling to get this done, but it is difficult. Is there any official guidance on medical clearance extensions due to COVID 19?
    Thank you.

    Hello, FS in waiting,
Your primary contact as an FSOA passer is the Foreign Service Registrar. The email address for communicating with the Registrar is in the online Career Candidate Guide. Your passer’s packet should have a handout with the link and password to access the guide. If you don’t have the link, please email Careers @ state.gov for assistance.
    Best regards.
