    I applied for this current SA opening (2019). I did the online exam and was allowed to upload all my documents and hit submit. After I hit submit it brought me back to the job announcement on the website. I did not get any verification that my documents were recieved. Should I just assume they were?

    Yes. To be sure check your junk folder for an email saying it was accepted. Or log into USAjobs and check your application status. It just takes a few mintues to refresh and show you applied.
