    I got an email stating that my candidacy had been terminated due to an incomplete application, and upon email inquiry I received a 1 line response with no signature stating that one of my files was uploaded in a non-supported format. All of my files were PDF, what format were they supposed to be in?

    I responded to that email but have not yet heard back, I will update this forum topic with the response if/once I get one.

    Apparently the file was the correct format (PDF) but for some reason was corrupted or otherwise garbled in transmission. I can open it on my end but they were unable to open it, therefore my application was considered incomplete.
