USAJOBS Resume

I am trying to apply for an internship position, however every time I click the "Apply Online" button a new screen pops up saying that: "There is no USAJOBS resume associated with your profile! You must build a resume using the USAJOBS resume builder before applying online for this position!" However when I then click on the "Add a Resume" another screen comes up telling me that I have created 1 of 5 possible resumes. I know I have uploaded one resume, so why does USAJobs keep telling me that i do not have a resume associated with my profile?
