Still no reply about incorrect bureau location?

Hello, I've emailed and called Student Programs regarding the incorrect offer letter I received from Ottawa and not London. When I talked to Student Programs they said they only have me listed as having been selected by Ottawa and would have someone call me, but its been a few days now and nothing still. I'm a bit anxious about the error because the deadline lists Feb 10th for sending everything in and I want to make sure it's corrected! I've also emailed securityclearance@state.gov about the issue as well as my contacts at the embassy in London. How can I confirm if the issue has been resolved? I had accepted the offer from London and have in email both the conditional offer as well as my acceptance!

Thank you, I've sent the information in an e-mail. I've also attached the conditional offer and my acceptance of it along with the email too!
