On the USAJOBS website my status has not change from "Eligible – Referred to Next Step in Selection Process" in weeks. Is the reason being for this that I was not selected? How do I get more information on this issue? Thank you in advance for your help.

Which student program did you apply for? If it was the Summer Clerical Program, the selection process is still underway. It is expected that those selected and not selected will receive their formal notifications by email by the end of this month.
