I was an alternate for a summer internship in Summer 2011, and received an Interim Security Clearance. I am currently an alternate again for Summer 2012. Is Interim Security Clearance the same as an Active Full Security Clearance? Can I just fill out the SF86C and revalidate my recent clearance or do I have to redo the E-QUIP form from the very beginning?
