Hello,
Does the State Department send out Bureau selection letters to international addresses? I am currently abroad and I received an e-mail notifying me of selection as a primary on January 19. When I applied for the internship, I put down my abroad address. Since nothing has come this way so far, should I contact Student Programs directly or just wait a few more days?
