I am studying abroad, and I only received the email, never the letter. I am afraid the letter may have been sent to my school in the US.
I waited until the 3 Feb deadline to send an inquiry that I had not received my letter and asked for it to be sent to my home address. The letter has still not arrived and now I see that the deadline for all of the paperwork is today, 10 Feb.
I cannot find a phone number to call and there was no confirmation email indicating that another letter was being sent.
What should I do?
