The requirements state that I must be "a full- or part-time continuing college or university junior (including graduating seniors intending to go on to graduate school), or graduate student."
What if I am currently doing a post-graduate program (still enrolled) abroad, not at a U.S. institution? Am I still eligible as a graduent student abroad?

To be eligible, the institution must be accredited in the U.S. and you must be in a degree-seeking program.
