Hi,
I am living abroad while I attend grad school. Which address and contact information should I list on my application materials, my foreign address where I am currently residing or my permanent domestic address where I receive domestic mail? Which phone number should I include, a message phone in the US or my phone number abroad?

A permanent address in the U.S. (which can forward any mail to you overseas) is preferred. The domestic (US) phone number is also preferred. Finally, most communication will take place via e-mail, so providing a reliable e-mail address is critical.
