Hello,
I'm currently a college junior interested in a Fall internship. However, the requirments say that I have to be enrolled as a full time student. If I get into an internship in Washington, DC I won't be able to take any classes that semester, and so won't be considered a full time student.

You need to be a student at the time you apply, and immediately following the internship.
