Fall Internship Abroad

I applied and was selected for a Summer Internship at a Consulate abroad, but due to an unavoidable scheduling conflict, I was unable to accept the internship for the summer. However, I was in touch with the staff at the Consulate, and they agreed to hire me for the same internship in the fall instead if I reapply. But when I filled out the application yesterday and selected the same bureau as my first choice, there was no option for internships abroad as there was on the summer application. The Bureau Information in the Student Programs Brochure says that the bureau in question has internships in D.C. and abroad throughout the year, but there is no option on the application. What should I do?
