I am filling out the E-QIP Questions, can I list my parents for the contact when I was unemployed in High School? as I feel they would be better contacts than friends from High School.

I was filling the E-QIP as well and noticed that the form they sent me with instructions stated

"Although the instructions for the SF-86 state that only data for the past seven (7) years is needed for residence, education and employment, please go back 10 years or until your 16th birthday, whichever is a shorter period of time. However, if you are currently under the age of 18, be sure to include information for at least the last 2 years."

It says until my 16th Birthday in the beginning but then says if you are under 18, and on the E-QIP it says until you were 18, is it 16 or 18?

One additional question, do your parents count as cohabitants

Your parents are not your cohabitants. For your other question, please contact the security clearance customer service desk at securityclearance@state.gov

I also have that same questions. Once you get a reply, can you please post the answer so the rest of us know what to also do? Thank you!
