I received an acceptance email on the 17th and have been trying to complete my E-QIP online since then. The system will not let me past the page where I put my social security number in (it says there is a general error). I then called the help number for security clearance and she told me that she could not find my information when she put in my social security number. I'm not really sure what to do next, so I would really appreciate some help/contact information. I also emailed the security clearance email and the student programs security email.
