Hi,

I've been trying to call student programs with questions about my security package for this entire week. I've been using the number 202-261-8888. Is there another number I can call? They never pick up and the mailbox is full so I can't leave a message. I just actually got ahold of a person this morning but then she transferred me to an extension with no mailbox and no answer before I could get out my first question. What other number can I use to get ahold of them?

I am having the exact same experience with calling this number. Before I can get my question out, the lady says "one moment" and transfers me to some answering machine (I've left messages already).

Is it better to send an email? And where/who would I email?
