If I'm accepted for the summer internship, is my name still in the "pool" of names who are eligible for the summer clerical position?

Yes, but if you are selected for both a summer internship and the summer clerical program, you will need to make a decision on which you want. When the time comes, please send an email to careers@state.gov and I will forward it over to the Student Programs Branch.
