Apply to Internship problem

When I get to the review page and look at question 20. (Please indicate your first bureau choice from the list provided.) I see the selected bureau I applied to (Bureau of European Affairs), but then I also see it says that I applied to IO Bureau of International Organization Affairs (160000) under the same question, is this normal or is there an error with the system?
