accidentally submitted incomplete application

I was filling out my application for the Fall 2012 Internship and may have accidentally submitted my application. This is my first time using USAjobs.gov, so I am somewhat unfamiliar with the process. I thought that I was creating an account in order to apply for the position, but then I got a screen that said my application had been submitted - I hadn´t uploaded my transcripts or anything and I was never asked to submit a cover letter. Now when I look at "Application Status", it says "Status not available" and when I click for more information, it reports that there has been an error.
What I´d like to know is:
a) does this mean my application was submitted and
b) if it was prematurely submitted, what can I do to fix this?

Candidates can go back into their applications at any time up until the closing of the vacancy announcement (which is March 2), and make any adjustments necessary. Simply go back in, finish your application, and resubmit.
