How does the FSOT not place bias on employed candidates over unemployed candidates? I took the FSOT last year and felt like I was at a disadvantageous not have previous professional job experience. I graduated with a Master's in May 2010 and am still unemployed today (1/24/11). I understand the context of leadership, teamwork, and high stress scenarioes requires individuals to be 'proven under fire' but there is a disconnect choosing between personality and experience.

Thank you for your question. The FSOT is a general knowledge test. It does not test employment. Even unemployed individuals have (or may acquire) experience relevant to the biographical section of the FSOT.
