Re: Two new US consulates in Brazil (Porto Alegre and Belo Horizonte)
I'm hearing that after the first of the fiscal year, which apparently starts in October 2012, then they'll be pulling from the list at that time for however many openings they're hiring for. Those of us who are currently in the process of phone testing, OA, and medical and security clearances will compete with others already on the list. As I understand it, as a non-expert, the answer is yes, there will be a training "class" (or group) of new hirees sometime after October. Exactly when is of course unknown.
