I am completing my SF 86 right now. I don't know what is the best way to fill the Foreign contacts/travel sections. I would really appreciate some advice!
Section 19 - Foreign Contacts: I have a very large family abroad. How far of extended family relatives do I have to list? second cousins, great uncles? I do not know most of their info like their employers and date of birth.
Section 20C - Foreign Travel: It appears to me that I am not required to list personal trips. Is that correct?

Do I have to list family members overseas that I'm not in contact with?

Yes. After you pass the OA you will be able to explain your replies with a Diplomatic Security representative.
