I faxed the oral assessment confirmation page on June 1 to reschedule my OA test day. I also called and I emailed the scheduling program assistants today. I have not received any response from DOS and I am very worried. My original date for the OA is Friday and I don't want my candidacy to be terminated.

Can you please help me?
