As I'm looking under the list of what to prepare and bring to the Assessment Center I'm trying to make sure that I fill out the appropriate information for my co-habitant. My partner is not a U.S. citizen yet but he does have Social Security Number.

In that case, I need to email the SF-85P and SF-85PS to FSOAQuestions@state.gov. I fill both of these forms out with his information, correct?

Must I also bring in the signed copies on the day of the OA?

Thanks!

You do not e-mail the forms. Please bring the completed, signed hard copies with you to the OA.

My spouse is a naturalized U.S. citizen, dual with Brazil. Do I also need to fill out the SF-85 P and SF-85 PS? There seems to be conflicting information regarding the need to fill these out for naturalized citizens.
