We are posted overseas and my son is currently enrolled in a Foreign Language Program at an accredited educational institution, would he qualify for the Overseas Summer Hire Program?

I'm afraid we do not handle the Overseas Summer Hire Program for EFM students. Your best source of info would probably be your HR Officer at post, or, perhaps, the CLO.
